Who sells and ships

• The book is sold and shipped by Amazon, the seller of record, under Amazon’s own terms.
• Merchandise is offered through our online store on Shopify and made to order by our print-on-demand partner. Payment is handled by Shopify’s payment providers and the items ship directly from the partner.

NO BOX does not hold stock or ship orders itself.

Prices, VAT, shipping & customs

• Shipping for merchandise is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
• VAT / sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
• International orders — merchandise is printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, sometimes from outside your country. Parcels that cross a customs border may be charged import duties, customs fees and local taxes by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping and are the recipient’s responsibility, collected by customs or the carrier on delivery.
• The book — Amazon is the seller of record and applies its own pricing, taxes, shipping and any duties.

Returns, refunds & delivery

Delivery times, returns and refunds follow the policy of the platform your order is placed on. For the book, that is Amazon. For merchandise, returns/refunds are handled through the Shopify store and its print-on-demand partner. Please contact the platform you bought from first for any order issue.
